Keto Chia Pudding – Creamy & Low-Carb Delight! 🥥🍓

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tbsp erythritol (or preferred keto sweetener)
  • Fresh berries for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix chia seeds, almond milk, vanilla extract and sweetener.
  2. Stir well and let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  4. Serve chilled, topped with fresh berries if desired.
