Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, cream, salt, and pepper.
- Add sausage and cheese, mix well.
- Pour into greased ramekin and bake for 20–25 minutes.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
