Ingredients
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tbsp erythritol (or preferred keto sweetener)
- Fresh berries for topping (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chia seeds, almond milk, vanilla extract and sweetener.
- Stir well and let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Serve chilled, topped with fresh berries if desired.
